Short biography
Miguel Ángel Marchena González is an entrepreneur and speaker on leadership and financial education. A graduate in Business Administration with a major in Finance from Universidad Rafael Urdaneta, with a Master’s in Business from ULACIT (Panama), he has built a career since 1993 that connects company leadership, international representation and training.
Executive biography
Miguel Ángel Marchena González began his career as a speaker on leadership and financial education in 1993. He studied Business Administration, majoring in Finance, at Universidad Rafael Urdaneta (Maracaibo), and completed postgraduate studies in Strategic Management and a Master’s in Business at ULACIT (Panama). His training in adult programme design, linked to Junior Chamber International, included periods in France and Brazil.
Within JCI he served as Business Director of the Junior Chamber in Zulia and Vice President of Business of the Junior Chamber of Panama. From 2002 to 2006 he was the master franchisee for Panama of Sign-A-Rama (United Franchise Group) and, from 2006 to 2010, CEO of M&M Properties, a period in which property sales of more than USD 20 million were recorded.
From 2008 to 2022 he led Elite Financial Holding in financial advisory, and from 2008 to 2015 he represented 172 American and European universities in Venezuela. He was representative for Panama of Glacier International Depository Bank (2018–2020), general manager of Marcas Líderes C.A. (2019–2022) and CEO of FishtoGoGroup (2021–2025). From 2022 to 2025 he was involved in seafood export operations to the United States, Europe and Asia.
