About

A career across organisations, markets and people

My professional story began with a conviction: to understand how organisations work, how decisions are made and how knowledge can turn into opportunity. That curiosity led me to study finance, train internationally and build a career in company leadership and leadership development.

Chapter 1: A foundation in finance

I graduated in Business Administration, majoring in Finance, from Universidad Rafael Urdaneta in Maracaibo (1994). Years later, in Panama, I completed postgraduate studies in Strategic Management (2000) and a Master’s in Business (2001) at Universidad Latinoamericana de Ciencia y Tecnología (ULACIT).

That combination of finance and strategy has been my starting point for analysing any business ever since.

Chapter 2: Learning abroad

In 1994 I trained at the Academia Americana de Liderazgo in Houston. Later, within Junior Chamber International, I completed programmes in France (1996) and Brazil (1999) on techniques for designing adult training programmes and accelerated learning.

Those experiences taught me that adult learning requires method, and that ideas are best understood when they connect with practice.

Chapter 3: First leadership roles

My involvement with the Junior Chamber gave me my first leadership responsibilities: in 1998 I was Business Director of Junior Chamber International in Zulia and, in 2001, Vice President of Business of the Junior Chamber of Panama.

In those same years, JCI Panama named me Speaker of the Year in 2000 and in 2001.

Chapter 4: Building businesses in Panama

From 2002 to 2006 I was the master franchisee for Panama of Sign-A-Rama, part of United Franchise Group, a first-hand experience in managing a replicable business model.

In 2006 I took the helm of M&M Properties, a period in which property sales of more than USD 20 million were recorded in Panama, through 2010.

Chapter 5: International expansion

From 2008 I led Elite Financial Holding, in financial advisory, until 2022. In parallel, from 2008 to 2015, I represented 172 American and European universities in Venezuela.

The following years broadened the map: in 2018 I took part in representing The World Dubai / The Heart of Europe real estate project for Latin America; from 2018 to 2020 I was representative for Panama of Glacier International Depository Bank; from 2019 to 2022, general manager of Marcas Líderes C.A., with exclusive distribution in Venezuela of Bodega Podere del Gaio products from Italy; and from 2021 to 2025 I led FishtoGoGroup. From 2022 to 2025 I was also involved in seafood export operations to the United States, Europe and Asia.

Chapter 6: More than three decades as a speaker

I began giving talks in 1993 and continued that work through 2025, focusing on leadership and financial education. In 2018 I gave talks in 50 cities.

Between 2017 and 2018 I also completed my training as a Vibrational Coach, Master and Trainer, which I brought into my understanding of personal and professional development.

Chapter 7: A way of understanding business

Working in such different sectors has taught me that the principles repeat themselves: clear objectives, orderly finances, responsible decisions and respect for the people who make each project possible.

Chapter 8: What comes next

This platform brings my career together and opens a channel for new conversations: talks, collaborations and projects where accumulated experience can offer perspective.
